    Your pets will be looked after by Dr Valérie Heirman, Dr Cristina Bermejo and their assistants, in a brand new, welcoming veterinary clinic where good humour and professionalism reign supreme.

    She has been fascinated by animals ever since she was a child, and joined the Catholic University of Louvain in 1979. After graduating from the University of Liège (Cureghem) in 1986, she went to work in England for 6 years, where she trained in imaging (radiology and ultrasound). She moved to the Chamonix valley in 1992. Bilingual in French and English, she will be delighted to welcome you to her brand-new, well-equipped clinic, where she will always provide you and your pets with the best possible care.

    She began her career working with horses in Spain, Argentina and then France. When she arrived in our beautiful region, she became involved in the canine sector.
    Driven by her profession, she also attended the CEAV in internal medicine for companion animals as an auditor and is currently completing a CES in haematology and biochemistry.

    Originally from Yvelines, where she trained and qualified, she joined our team in September 2022.
    She has been working in this profession, which she is passionate about, since 2019, building up her expertise in reception, surgical assistance and caring for your companions.
    Margaux will welcome you and advise you with professionalism.

    Laure arrived in April 2022 from Chaudes-Aigues, in the Cantal region of France. She began training to become a veterinary assistant with us on the job, and a few months later began her 2-year apprenticeship.
    She loves her job, and will be delighted to welcome you, advise you and look after your pets.

    Laure, aka Laurette, is the latest arrival at the clinic! Originally from Beauvais, she joined our team in April 2023 as our second apprentice veterinary assistant.
    Just as passionate as all her colleagues, she’ll be able to guide you and answer any questions you may have. She has already demonstrated her professionalism in caring for your animals.

    Future doctor, bilingual French and English veterinary surgeon

    Mégane is a vet in the making, as she will be graduating in February 2024 from the University of Veterinary Medicine in Budapest, Hungary! You’ve probably already seen her at the clinic during her summer training courses, and you’ll continue to see her from time to time. Mégane lives for this profession, which has driven her since she was very young. She will listen to you, meet your expectations and look after your animals perfectly.

    Trilingual French, Italian and English veterinary student

    During the summer months, you have already met Gianni Soro, a veterinary student who has joined our team.
    Gianni is very involved in the LPO (League for the Protection of Birds) and has acquired very good knowledge in the rescue of birds and small wild mammals. He is passionate about his future job, his dynamism and his youth are major assets for our structure. Very attentive to our customers, he will be able to guide you in your expectations on the phone or at the reception.
